Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all field activities, including aerial and underground data collection, address validation, MDU design walkouts, in-building design walkouts, cabinet location and power walks, and HOA walkouts.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including HOA representatives, building reps, and municipal entities.
- Oversee all fielding projects and maintain foundational trackers for each project.
- Collaborate regularly with management, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with aerial construction practices in accordance with NESC/GEO95 Guidelines.
- Utilize software for aerial data collection (Katapult, Ike), and ESRI/GIS for underground and address collection.
- Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and quality while ensuring timely project execution.
- Track project performance and ensure milestones are met.
- 3 years of OSP Telecom fielding experience (both aerial and underground).
- Proficient in aerial data collection software (Katapult, Ike, or similar) and underground data collection systems (ESRI/GIS).
- Experience with NESC/GEO95 Safety and Installation standards, make-ready engineering, strand maps, KMZ/KML, and utility construction practices.
- Strong knowledge of aerial and underground construction (telco, fiber, power, anchor, bonding, grounding).
- Experience in building routing and reading blueprints.
Details:
- Pay: ~ /- $30--$45/hr (Negotiable, Depends on Experience)
- Location: Preferably based in Arizona or Las Vegas (open to other locations except CA)
- Travel: 90% (will discuss travel details during the interview)
- Work from home: When not in the field
- Flexible work hours: Monday-Friday
- Upon conversion benefits and PTO will be provided based on experience.
