Required:
Required:
- Minimum 10 year experience as an Estimator (may take less)
- Minimum 10 years in construction, preferably large sites, such as industrial
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Mechanical experience is highly preferred, such as HVAC or plumbing, but candidates with other estimating experience, such as electrical May be considered
- Provide competitive job estimates for Project Managers.
- Price all revisions and changes.
- Notify Project Managers of revisions and changes provided.
- Work with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers on project proposals.
