Selectek is seeking a Visual Designer to work closely with managers, Interior Designers, and BIM Designers to help bring home design concepts to life through 3D visualization. Every day, you will create high quality, 3D architectural renderings and animations of the homes we design. To thrive in this role, you must have experience as a Visual Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects.

Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with the Residential Design team to develop and implement high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects.
- Youll utilize 3D modeling software to develop and communicate detailed home designs to our builders and customers.
- You will create modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production for architectural and interior design scenes.
- Youll optimize and troubleshoot 3D assets for performance and technical constraints across multiple platforms.
- Three years of proven success with 3D rendering and animation within the architectural industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit 2023, Unreal Engine, Lumion v12, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field
- An excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A natural problem solver with the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A brilliant eye for detail ensuring precision in modeling, texturing, and animation.
