Selectek is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor in Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie, FL.
Responsibilities :
Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches, and other types of surveys.
Interpret and draw utility as-builts.
Perform detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
Communicate with Surveyor to make sure job completion is up to company standards.
Required :
Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) or Professional Surveyors & Mappers(PSM) License
Proficiency in electronic survey equipment
Valid driver's license required
Operating AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
Pay range : $90,000 - $115,000
Location : Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie, FL
