What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Manager position at Self Regional Healthcare?
The Retail Manager is responsible for marketing, advertising, training, managing and motivating team members. Ensures the cafeteria maximizes revenue and minimize cost. Manage inventory levels and requisitioning. Analyze sales figures to investigate ways to increase sales, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, to include communicate of findings with key leadership for appropriate planning. Stay abreast of market trends and customer expectations. Upholds D10 standards by ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, service recovery, health and safety. Develop, monitor and report out PI for retail areas with a focus on quality, customer services and DHEC adherence. Ensures equipment is kept in excellent working condition and facility is kept in good repair. Manages register and cash handling systems.g and developing action data and statistics for catering, the Veranda Café, vending, with a primary mission of increasing profitability.
Must have 5 years experience in employee supervision and working knowledge in a healthcare setting. Strong computer, analytical, mathematical, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Prior business background is preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, 1st & 2nd, Monday - Friday, occasional weekend
