Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Spanish-speaking a plus (but not required)!
- Good computer skills, ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Good negotiation and listening skills required
- Collections experience pref'd but not necessary
- FT schedule includes one evening shift till 7:00 pm'
