Position: Logistics Retail Specialist
Shift: 7am-3pm (M-F)
The Retail Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all retail vendors and support of internal warehouse operations and logistical functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· The primary responsibility is coordinating shipping/receiving of internal and external orders.
· Confirm all retail and MTO (Made-to-Order) shipments are scheduled and all related paperwork (pallet label, case label, placards, BOL, etc.) is complete in a timely manner.
· Enter and update all required shipment information on customer and 3PL web portals.
· It is expected that this position will maintain continuous communication and immediate timely response to retail vendors, and internal Customer Service Dept.via email or phone as required.
· Prepare and process shipments to ship small parcel, LTL and TL via internal & external transportation providers.
· Update management and supervisory team on daily company reports: aging report, stage report, open order report, etc.
· Perform basic inventory control (IC) procedures, and other necessary logistics functions as presented (check-in driver, enter receipts, inspect orders, file paperwork, etc.)
·Work closely with internal and external customers to evaluate service levels and ensure all expectations are met.

Education and Experience Required
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet or exceed multiple concurrent deadlines.
· Strong computer skills.
