Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking Program Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA

The Ideal will have experience a Program Manager with a strong background in managing Federal Government programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader capable of overseeing complex projects and leading teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Budget, schedule, plan, and report on system and equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Liaise between multiple Navy program offices.
Develop, modify, and document processes.
Develop, update, and review technical documentation.
Conduct briefs and reviews, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10 years' experience in the performance of project management, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to HM&E systems onboard U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier programs and projects.

Must Have

Active Secret Clearance
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving deliverables on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
