What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Lead position at Send White Box?
The White Box Outside Account Lead is a Full-Time position with the opportunity to be hybrid, depending on team needs and schedule.
The main function of this role is to:
- Enroll agents and their clients into the White Box services and establish excellent customer service from the initial touchpoint.
- Support existing client intake and management
- Proactively problem solve, manage data entry and act on incoming sales opportunities.
- Authentically educate potential clients about the White Box service; including but not limited to: agents, brokerage teams and leaders, and administrative assistants.
- Garner leads through outreach - including but not limited to social media, cold calling, and referral sources
- Convert leads into sales to achieve target goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with a broad network of referral sources and leads.
- Track outreach and communicate status to team lead
- Further iterate on our developed best practices for shepherding clients through our processes and providing them with the highest quality of care
As an account lead, you represent the White Box team, the client gifting program and agents’ excellence! Your main goal is to enroll clients into our sales pipeline by helping prospects understand the value of the White Box service. Please note, this position is people-focused, and requires considerable time on the phone and in Zoom and Google meetings, so extroverted personalities will do best in this particular role.

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in sales, client care, business or related field
- Demonstrated abilities in outreach and marketing
- Ability to travel 1x a year
Skills:
- Ability to maintain 8 hours of daily focus on computer/phone
- Ability to effortlessly pick up the phone and call agents and clients-if the thought of calling new people makes you nervous, this position is not for you
- Ability to perform at a high level while working autonomously in a remote or busy office environment
- Ability to create and project manage relevant initiatives, follow through on all deadlines, and demonstrate clear and consistent results
- Ability to adapt and go with the flow--we are a small company with big vision and during this growth period, our protocols are changing rapidly
- Experience with software and programs including Google Docs/Apps, spreadsheets, MailChimp, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - ie. Sales Force, Zoom, social media

Pay: $30,558.00 - $45,000.00 per year
