Job Description:
Seneca Holdings is looking to hire a Proposal Manager to join a highly motivated, customer-focused team in providing proposal support in the Washington, D.C. area. Note: Remote candidates will also be considered.
Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:
- Lead high level-complex and/or competitive proposal efforts
- Serve as volume lead/writer/reviewer
- Manage multiple concurrent RFx responses:
- Review solicitations
- Outline response templates to RFx requirements
- Draft and edit proposal content
- Navigate database/SharePoint Libraries to gather information
- Issue/Respond to Partner Data Calls
- Collect questions for submission
- Review and Format resumes for submission
- Coordinate and schedules meetings (e.g., Kickoff Meetings, Color Team reviews, etc.)
- Prepare Compliance Matrix
- Conduct compliance review
- Format documents as needed
- Support the Proposal Center of Excellence (CoE) by creating and/or maintaining:
- CPARS
- Past Performance Information
- Proposal Library
- Content Library
- Templates
- SOPs
- Other tools/materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifying Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Federal Government proposal management experience (2-3 years)
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on producing quality products
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative setting and effectively interact with team members
- Customer Service oriented with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed – possibly including some nights and weekends
- Expertise with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Teams, SharePoint
Desired Qualifications:
- APMP or Shipley Training
- Technical Writing
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics
