Global Events and Recognition Communication Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as Global Events and Recognition Communication Specialist. Through partnership with Field Development leadership and various internal teams, you will work to determine and implement communication strategies across all recognition programs, including but not limited to executing incentive campaigns.

Also in this role, you will be responsible for gathering key content, creating graphics, and developing communications that will promote incentive trips and recognize our field’s outstanding achievements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and manage content for the SeneGence Recognition social media accounts to spotlight achiever and on-track names.
• Develop and disseminate engaging materials for incentive and recognition programs across multiple channels such as email, social media, and internal platforms, ensuring strict adherence to SeneGence branding guidelines.
• Write compelling stories and helpful tips for the Recognition and Marketing newsletter.
• Work with leadership to overhaul the copy and format of Recognition Program materials on Distributor website.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Digital solutions and Marketing) to write content and deploy email campaigns, including a monthly newsletter and update on the Recognition programs.
• Implement new API with Digital Solutions to automate program emails.
• Develop department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure accuracy of recognition and incentive program data
• Ensure the Recognition Guide, all forms, FAQs, and support collateral are regularly updated.
• Develop reports needed to create event assets for recognition, including PowerPoints and program announcements.
• Collaborate with the department to design aesthetically pleasing gifts, ensuring proper branding and preventing over-ordering.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of all programs and incentives offered by SeneGence and be capable of explaining and effectively communicating them to the field and corporate employees all while providing excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

• College degree in a related field (e.g., program management, communications, marketing, or graphics) OR equivalent experience in a Marketing or Graphic Design-related role in lieu of a degree
• At least 5 years of experience creating campaigns, designing with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Campaign Monitor, PowerPoint, Canva, and the entire Microsoft suite.
• Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrate optimism, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Works well cross-functionally with Digital Solutions, Marketing, Graphics, Field Development Directors, Event Managers, and Country Managers
• Travel to SeneGence events as needed (approximately 15% of the time).
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
• Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION:

• Direct sales/MLM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of competitive marketplace, online space, and SeneGence.

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES REQUIRED FOR ROLE:

• Possession of a valid state driver license (or ability to obtain one).
• Possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and handling; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks. Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate-sponsored events locally and domestically. Requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.
