Job Summary
Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of daily distribution of fuel, lubricants, and related products. Will provide outstanding customer service, optimize the use of manpower, trucks, storage, and product price. Coordinate activities and cooperate with sales and customer service, to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
- Ensure Company safety standards are followed and promoted.
- Receive orders from customers and schedule all deliveries.
- Organize driver daily deliveries.
- Receive fuel prices daily and organize deliveries from this information.
- Ensure diesel tanks are filled for customer use.
- Reconcile bulk fuel inventory.
- Create customer invoices from delivery tickets and provide paperwork to Corporate.

- Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities.

- Heavy use of phone, computer, and office equipment.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
- Two or more years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
- Well organized and able to effectively multitask.
Preferred
- Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
- Experience in lubricant industry, fuel industry, or transportation industry.
- Experience in dispatching or other logistics support area.
