Primary Job Responsibilities:

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in request for proposal (RFP) processes from issuance to contract execution.
- Assist in evaluating generation projects, including fossil fuels, nuclear, and renewable projects, for potential participation by utilities.
- Assist in performing Cost of Service and Rate studies for utilities.
- Assist in developing and monitoring annualized Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) or Power Cost Recovery Factor (PCRF).
- Assist in reviewing annual revenue requirements and preparing necessary rate adjustments to meet revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining statistical data models and provide monthly reports for utilities.
- Create and present reports by researching and analyzing information obtained from various sources.
- Develop and maintain positive professional and personal relationships with key Client personnel with whom project work is interfaced with.
- Stay abreast with changing market updates and technology associated with Energy regulatory compliance affecting the business.
- Ensure adherence to Client standards to develop detailed scope of work. Partner with subject matter experts to prepare scope of work.
- Effectively communicate with Client(s) in a timely manner for assigned projects.
- Quality control of produced documents and work
- Attend assigned division meetings.
- Various other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the use of computers. Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Prior experience in financial analysis. Electric Utility experience preferred.
- Exceptional Research skills, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team, as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
