The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting licensed insurance agents. This role is critical in supporting company growth and strategic initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and contracting
- Increase broker production, support brokers with daily sales activities including marketing pieces, lead generation, and application processing
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing including internet sourcing, social networking, broker referrals, and networking events
- Design and deliver innovative resourcing strategies, and actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of brokers
- Track growth and production, use data for analysis of recruiting campaigns
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure that all changes to a broker’s status and information are tracked on the CRM to enable accurate reporting
- Ensure an impressive broker experience by answering questions via phone, in person, and e-mail, communicating key information in both in- and outbound messages, creating reports, and supporting marketing initiatives, ensuring brokers/agencies are appropriately set up and supported across their sales lifecycle
- Act as a liaison with the broker, insurance carriers, and external resources to support and resolve broker issues and activities including contracting, licensing/appointment, certification, training, enrollment administration, and broker servicing
Minimum Skills Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ recruitment experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner
- Clear, pleasant voice
- Must be comfortable communicating over the phone.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, shows initiative, and a sense of urgency.
- Convey an upbeat positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.
