Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our rapidly growing team!
SCT is a clinician and woman owned and operated company providing psychotherapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy, to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings.
We are currently looking for a qualified Payroll Officer to join our team in a remote capacity (Must reside in NY, NJ, PA or FL). As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for tracking and managing our company’s payroll data. You will be required to track employee work hours, prepare payroll for multiple entities, calculate bonuses and allowances, resolve payroll issues in a timely manner and respond to employee questions about wages and deductions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets
- Completing bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 5 entities
- Review Clinician productivity to confirm the goals have been met or PTO has been requested
- Employee bonus calculations and payments on a monthly basis
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions
- Manually upload new employees into our benefits portal as well as manage and review the monthly invoices
- Process all new employee 401K paperwork and start deductions
- Ensuring taxes comply with company and state and locality regulations
- Preparing payroll reports
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Generate yearly W2’s, 1099’s and 1095 forms and review for accuracy

- Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Advanced with your Mathematical skills and have strong attention to detail
And you have:
- A minimum of three years experience in running payroll for multiple entities
- Proficiency with payroll software; specifically ADP
- Experience with accounting software and procedures
- Familiarity with state labor laws
- Ability to prepare and present financial reports

Salary : $47,900 - $60,600
