Qualitest is looking for Digital Engineering Architect to join our growing team in the US.
Role:
Serve as a technology thought leader assisting customer and our sales team with Contextualized solutions focused on Digital Engineering.
Support delivery teams as they execute on product roadmaps.
Develop and advocate for technology guidelines that enable teams to deliver solutions meeting industry, and/or enterprise standards and best practices.
Serve as a liaison to the broader enterprise on cloud-related topics – socializing patterns, sharing successes.
Build software prototypes as necessary to validate architecture approaches and assess emerging technologies.
Responsibilities and duties:-
Provide Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the engineering teams, guide adoption of industry standard applicable software architecture and design patterns, actively involved in regular code reviews and experience setting up quality gates for the engineering teams.
Able to lead early-stage customer interactions; guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches and integrate with their legacy tech investments.
Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
Should be able to lead and perform Proof of concept for new technology frameworks, Software, tools and be hands-on coding when required.
Experience in Project management tools and techniques. (E.g., Excel, JIRA, Estimation techniques, RCA tools).
Experience with Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB and Modern big data technologies, e.g., Data Bricks, Snowflake, Informatica, airflow, R, python, Spark, Jupyter notebooks etc. and message brokers such as Redis, Rabbit MQ, SQS and Kafka.
Deep knowledge of GIT, cloud and serverless architecture. In-depth knowledge of Domain Driven Design architecture, security-first development principles, Rest APIs and Microservices.
Formulate cloud architecture strategy and implement best practice procedures for cloud native development.
