We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering amazing customer service and achieving incredible growth. The Part-time RN is responsible for training and sign-offs of field staff. The Part-time RN will also provide oversight for in-house training programs to ensure compliance with system standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide training of field staff during new hire orientation.
- Assessment and sign-offs related to specific required skills.
- Health check screenings of new hires during orientation.
- Ensures that training programs meet internal and external compliance standards.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local licensing and regulatory entities.
- Occasional field visits as needed to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
- Current RN Certification
- Three years related experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience leading process improvement initiatives
Education:
- Nursing Degree Required
Salary : $53,300 - $67,500
