As a client care coordinator you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our local community. Through extensive phone contact and using your ability to multi-task, you will help Senior Helpers of Greensburg keep seniors independent and living in the place they call home. Since you are organized, have exceptional people skills, and understand how to communicate with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, we want to you to work with us. HOURS: 40 hours per week, Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM plus limited on-call hours required
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote teamwork and support the needs of our valued caregivers
- Consistently exceed the needs and expectations of all clients
- Maintain detailed understanding of clients’ needs and caregivers’ skills
- Schedule caregivers for assignments
- Solve client and caregiver issues
- Be available for on-call rotation
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls
- Continuous follow ups with caregivers and clients
- Respond to all client and caregiver concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain care plans for all clients
- Assist with special projects, as assigned, and other duties necessary in the day-to-day operation of the business
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work well in a TEAM environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greensburg, PA 15601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
