Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Assess and develop candidate sourcing strategies for immediate solutions as well as building a long term pipeline
  • Identify creative local sourcing channels/events to target top insurance talent
  • Create job requisitions and maintain applicant tracking data in the system throughout the job track process
  • Uses LinkedIn Recruiter to source and identify a diverse slate of candidates for open requisitions
  • Act as a liaison between Hiring Manager and candidate for assessments, schedule interviews and providing feedback and negotiating offers
  • Conducts initial telephone screen or in person interviews as required
  • Use search strategy to source and identify a diverse slate of candidates for open requisitions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years HR recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to employment
  • Knowledge of employment law and EEOC Compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of social media and web-based recruiting outlets
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
