Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Call Center Support:
Lead Dial Strategy maintenance and development
User and account creation
Call routing management
Call analytics
Provide user training material
Creation and monitoring of reporting for CSR/Retention
Lead Management:
Lead posting and lead tracking management
Lead distribution management
Lead multimedia outreach implementation (sms/email)
Lead KPI tracking
Create, maintain and update workflows and Queries related to ILE
Create and maintain workflow synergy across multiple CRMs (ILE and MGL)
CRM Management:
Crafting New Workflow Automation Requested By Management/Leadership
Lead designer of Workflow creation and management
Maintenance/Updating of existing automation
Reviewing business practices looking to improve and optimize efficacy, automation and scalability
Provide QA for all ongoing workflows related to business practices
Creating and updating reporting and data analytics related to KPI requested by Management/Leadership
Creating and updating fields and modules as necessary
Regular testing of systems for quality assurance reasons
Regular audits and updates regarding data integrity and scalability
API integrations
Operate as a Liaison to CSR
Creating and maintaining several updates to improve the efficacy and resources provided to CSR
Creating workflow automation related to several CSR initiatives
Creating and maintaining reports and data analytics for CSR
Personnel systems support:
Account creation for new hires
Create training video for new feature implementation
Computer deployment and management
Create and maintain automations relating to the management of User profiles and commissions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years general insurance industry or related field experience preferred
Insurance license preferred, or must obtain within 30 days of employment
Positive Attitude, Self-Motivation, and Confidence
Ability to quickly Learn and Adapt
Effective verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
