Agent Resource Associate

Senior Marketing Specialists, located on the south side of Columbia, is a nationally recognized insurance distributor that focuses on the Medicare and Senior Insurance markets and has 40 years of experience.

No Insurance Experience is Required.

Our teams do everything to assist our insurance agents and help their business thrive. Agent Resources serves as a liaison between the agent/agency and the insurance carriers. Not only do they assist with supporting technical questions an agent may have concerning Medicare, but also help the agent grow their business by offering proven advice regarding sales, marketing, and business development.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Grow and maintain relationships to build loyalty and retention
• Learn business, marketing and sales guidance
• Critical thinking to tackle complex situations
• Learn to answer questions regarding Medicare, Insurance, and business development while offering support via email, phone, instant message, and face to face
• Communicate on a professional level
• Be detail oriented, and follow through on long term projects
• Ability to work well with a team or independently
• Be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
