Job Summary
The CMM Programmer supports engineering and manufacturing by providing technical guidance and managing all activities related to programming and operation of CMM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Safety: Actively participate in Senior's EHS policies, processes, & initiatives while complying all with all safety & environmental targets, standards, procedures, & protocols.
- CMM programming of products and gauges
- Organization of calibration, measurement, other relevant data
- Communication between program teams on projects
- Coordination of calibration program internal to Senior Quality
- Precision evaluation of submitted products (i.e. PPAP, 1st Article, prototype samples, and concept parts)
- Hands-On capabilities for fixturing and moving parts, gauges, etc.
- Compliance to product work schedules and timelines
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Certification and/or Degree
- Proficient in PCDimas programming
- CAD drawing and GD&T knowledge
- Hands-on abilities
- Good communication skills
- Organization skills
- QMS familiarity and compliance with Quality Standards
