Organizes, directs, and provides leadership for the Guest Services Department. Responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more areas. Supervises staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the department budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical resource to team members; performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff with goal of developing highly effective work team. Assists leader in promoting customer satisfaction and enhancing the patient and family experience. Acts as a role model and team lead for Guest Services. Oversees daily operations of the department, tracking, budget and staffing.
