Overview:
A growing, fast paced security/telecom company located on the North Shore is seeking an industry experienced customer service representative working with cross-companies.
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Ability to communicate with customers efficiently and effectively to obtain information
· Ability to help troubleshoot with customers on the phone
· Work with field staff to help communicate to identify and translate to solutions
· Interact with sales team on customer base and potential prospects
· Ensure that all data entered in the CRM is accurate and up to date for all customers
· Scheduling, coordinating and dispatching of field staff
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Ability to handle after hours calls and dispatch appropriate resources
· Capability to act independently and make competent decisions
Skills:
· 1 - 3 years of customer service work in the security and/or telecom industry
· Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Detail oriented
· Working knowledge of burglar, fire alarm and CCTV systems a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
