As the first recruiter at SentiLink, you will work on all recruiting related initiatives (both technical and non-technical), which range from helping to develop the candidate profile to sourcing and conducting initial screens to developing interview processes. You will work directly with our hiring managers across all of our teams, and have ownership over our third-party recruiting tools as well. Your efforts will significantly shape SentiLink's recruiting processes and culture. Depending on your interests, you may also be tasked with managing our HR initiatives. Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, goal driven, highly organized, and a go-getter who can operate with little instruction.
