Client Success Manager

We are looking for an organized individual to fill the position of an CSM!  We need a task killer that is able to multitask and loves taking care of people and is a super strong communicator! 

• As Client Success Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the process of customer retention. Duties will include interacting with new and existing clients on a regular basis, working with internal teams to implement strategies and best practices from the industry for the client's digital marketing campaigns as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction. An ideal candidate would take the initiative to establish themselves as credible authorities in the industry, by continuous self training and improving knowledge of new marketing tactics and to build and maintain client relationships quickly. An ideal CSM will take measures to gain the trust of the client through product and industry knowledge, setting proper expectations and having an understanding of their use case. They will have an innate ability to connect with clients over both their successes and frustrations and enjoy forming and developing long-term bonds. The goals of a client success manager include, but aren't limited to, the retention of clients and associated revenue, the increase in revenue through upsell opportunities and the over satisfaction of the clients experience throughout the lifetime of their digital marketing campaigns. Our Client Success team is top notch and very collaborative! We work together for the common goal of success and have fun while we do it with regular team building activities, team initiatives to improve our skills, weekly team meetings where each individual gets the opportunity to be a leader and bring new ideas to the table and clear career pathing for a view into future progression within the team! 
  

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
• A propensity for relationship building
• [Digital] Marketing industry & tactical knowledge
• Google tools knowledge/certification (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
• Basic SEMRush/Moz understanding
• Basic web development knowledge
• Proactive problem resolution
• 2 years experience in a client facing role
• 2 years experience in Digital Marketing
