Seoul Wine Bar is a curated Korean wine establishment that features a wide variety of drinks ranging from Rice wines to Soju Cocktails. With chef driven dishes accompanied with an elevated yet casual atmosphere, Seoul Wine Bar hopes to attract people from all walks of life for a shared goal of human connection through our specially crafted dishes and drinks.

Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Greet & acknowledge all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Polish all plates, glasses, & utensils daily before service
• Set up all tables for service ensuring that each table is clean & properly set
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and hall to ensure food safety regulations are being thoroughly followed
• Tend to customer requests to ensure that they are satisfied with their visit and encouraged to visit again
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure that all tables are being served accurately in a timely manner
• Ensure that all dishes are being presented and served according to company standards
• Must have full knowledge of menu to answer any questions customers may have as well as recommend them specific dishes or drinks according to their preferences

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurants is preferred but not required Availability and flexibility to work Thursday - Sunday.
• Great customer service and work attitude
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the United States and is 21 years of age or older
