Your role at Sephora:
It’s an exciting time in the Sephora Digital Marketing & Media group. Sephora is embarking on the development and launch of our own Retail Media Network: creating new value exchanges for our Brand partners and accelerating monetization growth on owned and operated platforms. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting strategy and day-to-day execution of Sephora’s Retail Media Network. You’ll own client relationships, manage campaign operations, and lead growth of channel performance in your focus areas. You’ll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Brand Media, Tech, Product, and Site Merchandising.
As Assistant Manager, Retail Media Network, you will:
- Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Own development and growth of Google Ad Manager programmatic display channel.
- Support development of cross-channel brand-facing performance reports.

Drive engagement with media personalization, brand marketing, product, and tech teams to align on audience strategy and cross channel activation process operations.

Own day-to-day management of Retail Media Network operations, ensuring execution matches strategic vision.

Identify operational improvements of our integrated products and ensure they meet activation needs for both existing and new business use cases.

Partner with external agencies and vendors.

Own billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and Agency teams.

We’re excited about you if you have:
- 2 years of hands on experience with performance marketing and or cloud products

Working knowledge of Ad Ops (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement
- Ability to understand high level marketing KPI’s and how they are driven and reported
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an exceedingly fast paced environment

Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects

Superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions
- Experience using buying platforms; for example, developing audiences, segments, goals

Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, and experience with integrated data systems

Prior experience working with clients in Ecomm or Omni Retail preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management skills
