The Financial Analyst role will provide analysis to  business forecasting, reporting to our Director of FP&A. This role will support management planning and decision making by identifying, evaluating information and recommending actions. A strong candidate will have an analytical mindset and excellent people skills.  

Requirements:

• Define financial situation by completing quantitative analyses. Dive into financial data and provide insights. 
• Evaluate plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
• Recommends financial actions based on firms organizational goals.
• Keep financial information confidential to protect operations.
• Maintains knowledge by reviewing publications and keeping on top of industry changes.
• Prepares financial reports by gathering by collecting and analyzing data, such as Annual Shareholder Report, bank reporting, and budgeting projections.
• Assist with shareholder reporting including statements and distributions. 
• Detailed knowledge with M&A analysis including; projections, due diligence, proposal presentation, accounting and compliance.
• Assist management with projections for talent acquisition including compensation modeling and office capacity utilization. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 3 years of relevant experience
• MBA preferred
• CPA, CFA or willingness to obtain
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Enjoys working in fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across organization through both verbal and written communication
• Very proficient in Excel (run and create functions, pivot tables and charts)
