Qualifications

Must haves:

• Background in sales management (property management, real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field)
• Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. schedule

Great to haves:

• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
• Knowledge of revenue management
  
  

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $28 - $36 / hour plus generous leasing commissions and quarterly bonuses.
