Serena & Lilyis seeking an experienced and energetic Recruiter to support our fast-paced and growing team. As a Recruiter, you will own full-life cycle recruiting to support and partner with several teams across Serena & Lily while driving diverse candidate pipelines and developing sourcing plans.
We’re looking for a collaborative, business-focused, candidate to join our HR team - as a true partner to the business. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the brand and is passionate about cultivating an amazing team!
Proven recruiting experience in the following areas is a must: Experience leading hiring for cross-functional teams: Creative, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce/Direct-To-Consumer (DTC), Operations, Finance, Retail Sales, Product Development, Customer Care, and Administrative.
What you’ll do:
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience
- Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Own and drive a thoughtful offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
- Organize and document by tracking your activity and measuring your pipelines
- Regularly report and present the performance of hiring pipelines to internal stakeholders.
Recruiter Requirements:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience working directly with hiring managers.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- The ability to prioritize duties and work well on your own
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
