Patient Experience Coordinator is a professional, organized, reliable, team player who
plays a vital role in the practice. They coordinate, integrate and represent
all facets of patient services, such as:
-Meet and greet patients to make them feel
welcomed and relaxed.
-Answer the telephone, schedule appointments, communicate
with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, maintain patient
records and coordinate patient flow.
- Verify insurance and monitor insurance claims
-Manage and control the daily, weekly, and
monthly schedule in order to meet the practice production and collection goals.
-Ability to prioritize and work on multiple
assignments; using good organizational and communication skills.
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience at a dental office are preferred. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
