Reports to: Operations Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Performs administrative tasks to support plant leadership by performing a variety of clerical functions and other related duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative assistance including reception, guest logs, security badge control, filing, answers phone calls, among other requests
- Prepares for meetings including: schedule, order lunch, reserve room space, prepare materials
- Facilitate invoice processing with centralized A/P including payment, tracking and filing (electronic/paper), and customer shipment exception reconciliation.
- Works with Customer Service to ensure customers directed as appropriate
- Manage work time efficiently; follow procedures and policies; identify and solve problems
- Procure and maintain inventory of office and safety supplies
- Onboarding/Orientations (new hires, visitor orientation, contractor orientation)
- Hourly recruiting including job posting, interview processing, onboarding processing
- Validating Driver Trip Sheets
- Routes mail internally and externally
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years related experience
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required
- Good MS Office skills
- Up to 5% travel
