PURPOSE: The Paid Media Coordinator is responsible for providing developing and directing paid digital, print, TV, and radio campaigns to ensure adhesion to best practices and optimization of resources to reach organizational goals. The goal is to reach voters of color in-language and in key states to turnout to vote and elect leaders who will champion immigration reform.

CONTACTS:
SEIU Executive Officers and various senior leaders; Division leadership and staff; Political, Community and Union leaders and staff; SEIU International staff, and employers. Must be able to represent the International Union with outside organizations utilizing independent judgment and the highest level of professionalism. Ensures that sophisticated choices are made about appropriate vendors and support services.
DIRECTION AND DECISION MAKING:
This position reports to the Communications Managers of the Immigrant Justice Campaign and must often work independently.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:A minimum of two (2) year of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience that would provide for the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work in this position will generally be performed in a remote setting. However, the job may require work in other settings conducive to performing the tasks required to complete assignments. Work outside of traditional business hours may be required.
