Service Steel is looking to add to our customer service team! The role is essential to the creation and maintenance of our company-customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develops customer relationships with primarily existing and some new accounts
- Provides excellent customer service and responds promptly to all customer requests. Assist in rectifying customer complaints and claims
- Manages the order entry process and file maintenance
- Ensures on-time delivery and quality of material per customer specifications
- Assist in quoting process
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
- Strong math skills and detail oriented
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales beneficial
- Preference will be given to applicants with Steel, EDI, and ERP systems experience!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
