ServiceMaster Recovery by Close, the leading company in the cleaning and restoration industry, is looking to expand their staff. We are looking for a sales professional to promote and sell franchise services throughout an assigned territory. This person needs to be able to grow and develop a residential and commercial sales base by managing relationships between critical decision makers within the insurance and property management industry. Must be an expert networker, skilled at B2B sales, ability to create deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Create profitable sales through our franchise territory
- Meet or exceed sales goals by executing the sales cycle, maintaining a commercial contact list, participating in associations, providing lunch and learns.
- Participating and hosting networking events and trade shows
- Selling pre-loss agreements and discuss benefits of emergence event preparation
- File reviews
- Following up with customers and clients to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor project activity and follow up with work referral sources.
- Attend, coordinate and promote marketing, networking and continuing education events.
- Maintain and develop relationships with insurance and property management professionals
- Promoting and teaching continuing education courses
- Maintain online marketing and social media material
Qualifications:
- An individual who is already familiar with the sales process and how to move a potential client through the funnel. (Self Motivated)
- Someone who can use and maintain clients within company CRM (Luxor knowledge is a plus)
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Industry relevant contacts so you can hit the ground running.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.
- Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers and grow your own sales pipeline.
- Be a professional communicator both verbally and written.
- College degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current business technologies and software required
- Process and results driven attitude
- Clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Base Salary of $55,000 - $68,000 depending on experience and what industry related contacts you may already have.
- Commission on sales that are referred to the company that you are the responsible representative for.
