Responsibilities and Duties:

· Water extraction, Mold and sewage remediation, and fire/smoke services

· Perform demolitions.

· Set up and monitor drying equipment.

· Clean up and debris removal.

Job qualification:

· Ability to maintain an upbeat attitude.

· Previous project and crew management.

· Ability to effectively delegate tasks to crew members.

· Experience in training new crew members.

· Ability to communicate well, both in verbal and written forms.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

· An interest in problem-solving.

· Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to regularly (throughout shift) lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and use hands for repetitive actions. Stand for long periods and walk.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19-$22

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday, on-call rotation.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
