- Produce all types of trades needed with regard to water and fire damage restoration
- Prep and paint work to finish molding, walls cabinets etc.
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment
- Assist job site tradesman and superintendent in commercial/residential repairs
- Proven experience as handyman
- Drywall repair and painting and Texture matching
- Basic flooring installation
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, Case and Base
- Install appliances Detach and Reset
- Troubleshoot repairs needed.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Outlets-Switches Light fixture Detach-Reset
- Basic math skills
- Good communication

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
