Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at ServiceNet. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the residential program, working collaboratively with the Program Director, and overseeing the daily operations of the program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry, and ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other activities as needed.
- Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and other record-keeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals to promote resident growth and development.
- Administer medications once certified and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Remain current on agency certifications and trainings to ensure ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
