This role will report to the head of Legal Operations and is a key role for an-flight program of strategic importance for ServiceNow, involving various teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal.
What you get to do in this role:
·Engage with Business teams to capture their requirements including pain points and digitization opportunities
·Help drive the product strategy and provide roadmap direction to achieve business value realization and product / feature adoption.
·Write user stories and prioritize them prior to PI Planning and Agile Sprints
·Work with other Product Owners to coordinate on dependencies
·Ensure the Scrum team members have clarity on the requirements and acceptance criteria in the story
·Participate in Scrum meetings and be actively engaged to guide the team on scope related questions
·Prepare, participate and drive UAT activities
- Communicate deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leaders in a timely manner
- Drive value creation by identifying cross functional opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT
- Create training materials, and input into change management and enablement activities.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
·Prior 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner on large transformation projects.
·Ability to influence at all levels across the organization including key leaders and stakeholder to deliver product and customer outcomes
·Strong knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) implementation.
·Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess business and technology landscape for potential challenges and opportunities
·Knowledge of Legal processes especially in the context of alignment with Sales processes
·Attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills
