Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Tackles a challenging and varied set of problems aimed at how we can further mature our DevSecOps tools, processes, and engineering capabilities.
· Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for secure software product releases.
· Automates release processes to eliminate manual work and human error.
· Escalates issues to other teams as appropriate by providing detailed log analysis that bring the development team up to speed quickly on the problem.
· Documents incidents/problems and interacts with other teams to drive permanent resolutions.
· Develops and executes security tests and controls, points out defenses and countermeasures.
· Anticipates, prevents and eliminates problems and creates efficient fixes.
· Collaborates with team members across widely varying levels and roles like stakeholders, DevOps application teams, Change and Release Management and admin teams.
Qualifications
Requirements
· BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech from reputed university with a proven academic track record
· Total 8 years of software development with at least 5 years of Exp in DevOps
· Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools like Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins
· Knowledge of DevSecOps practice and an understanding of common services in the DevSecOps delivery pipelines as well as proven experience designing and implementing secure CI/CD.
· Experience with agile software development
· Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
· Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python
· Experience with container orchestration, Config management services like Kubernetes, Ansible
· Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP
· Experience in designing and developing application on ServiceNow platform will be a strong plus
· Experience in object-oriented and modularized software
· Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
· Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
· Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
· Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
· Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
· Proven team player and team builder
· Experience in designing, developing, scalable and distributed system.
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
