Job Summary
This is a support position for Corporate Headquarter operations and is responsible for; reproducing and maintaining inventory items, processing Copy Center requests submitted by internal departments and managing SERVPRO’s interoffice mail and postal procedures.
You will
- Production of Manuals and other support documentation for inventory purposes to ensure a quality product for the Servpro Franchises.
- Production of In-House Copy Center requests by various departments within 3 days of receipt.
- Operate a variety of equipment (e.g. High-Volume Copier, Computers, Postage Machine, Perfect Binder Glue machine, Duplicator, Spiral Binder, etc.) efficiently.
- Handles the interoffice mail process, mass distribution of franchise material, as well as outgoing and incoming mail from the postal service.
Will stay current on all mail handling procedures and work with the internal departments to provide solutions for their postal needs.
- Complete inventory transfers in Great Plains to prevent backorders of in-house produced items.
- Produce decal orders as needed.
- Manage on hand inventory of all toner cartridges, placing orders when needed. Maintain positive relationship with supporting vendors.
- Keep Master files up to date, neat and clean to produce quality items.
- Maintain a clean, productive atmosphere within Copy Center.
- Maintain all equipment, including clearing copier paper jams, changing ink cartridges, toner, and communicating service calls to copier technical support.
- Work cross-functionally with divisional teams to implement and support system / divisional changes.
- Collect toner cartridge usage data and generate quarterly reports for review by Purchasing Manager.
You have
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to clearly communicate with teammates and vendors in a concise, straight-forward and professional manner.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to develop a positive rapport with corporate team members.
- Frequently lift weights up to 40 lbs.
- Possess a strong willingness to assist, troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Assembly / Production background preferred.
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance required for transporting mail to and from the Post Office.
- High School Diploma or GED
