What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Retention Specialist position at SERVPRO?
The Client Retention Specialist (CRS) will have oversight within the organization for the departments responsible who provide the delivery of services to our clients and customers while ensuring that the service levels meet or exceed clients and customers expectation. The CRS will report directly to the President/CEO of the Branch.
Duties for this position may include but not be limited to:
- Monitor/Track deliverables to clients:
- Board package
- Financials
- Weekly Updates (Friday Fives)
- After Meeting Report (AMR)
- Verify Site visits by CAM’s
- Others as assigned
- Oversight of Recovery Plan
- Deliverables
- CAM Financial Certification
- CCTR – Ensure plan is executed by shareholders
- Communication with At-Risk Clients
- Oversee Communication Plan for High Value Clients
- Other duties as assigned
