What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at SERVPRO?
Provide leadership with strategic thinking and exemplify excellent customer service.
Ensure annual divisional initiatives aligned with company initiatives are completed. Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO® Franchise procedures and processes. Hire, train, and manage a team of office personnel while monitoring compliance and risk management. Communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Team Management
- Manage Receptionist-Dispatcher
- Manage Job File Coordinators
- Coordinate and maintain company calendar and Franchise communication
- Support HR administration as needed
- Manage customer service interactions
Financial Analysis, Key Measurements, and Compliance
- Manage KPM scores and compliance to meet deliverables.
- Verify and analyze divisional key measurements.
- Monitor compliance and risk management.
- Manage compliance with all Regulatory requirements with regards to Asbestos, Lead, Insurance, EPA, DOT, Etc.
Annual Planning and Reporting
- Document Franchise Compliance reporting for TPA and Corporate.
- Document and manage the office division performance.
Other Office Duties
- Coordinate vehicle needs.
- Coordinates parties/ events
- Order supplies for office/ production.
- Adherence to time and attendance policies.
- Adherence to appropriate dress policy.
· Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- 2 years Office Manager with SERVPRO experience
- Lead by building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.
- Show solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
- Convey strong confidentiality in handling all matters.
- Exhibit written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate and hold staff to a great customer experience.
Formal Education/Training
- Continuously seek out new training.
- Assign and track employees with regards to their development plan utilizing Servpro University.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
