The ideal candidate needs to have experience in preparing detailed estimates for the project based on the construction drawings & specifications, and communicating bids and scopes of work.If you have 4 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today.ResponsibilitiesPrepare a detailed estimate by completing quantity take-offs, analysis, estimate input, and studies for all items incorporated in the assigned scopeCompute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate the overall cost of construction projectsFurnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costsProduce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managersExamine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a wholeInquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposals and budgetsSupport constructability reviews through communication with the project team, designers, and subcontractor marketQualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is neededAbility to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
