Position Summary
Set Apart is a new Boutique HIIT studio in Gilbert, Arizona! Our 50-min full body strength and conditioning classes combine HIIT and strength work. Set Apart is a studio for everyone and any level. We focus on building strength, power, and mental toughness.
Our Studio Lead positions are for those that want to create a positive, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires those to be effective leaders and provide superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the studio and other staff members to ensure brand is always upheld
· Solve problems
· Provide superior customer service
· Multi-task and think on their feet
· Ensure the studio is always clean
· Reception: checking member in,
· Key Holder: opening and closing the studio
Preferred Qualifications
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
· Positive and upbeat personality
· Enthusiastic about fitness, changing lives and helping others reach their goals
