Responsibilities:
- Dispatching and scheduling cleaning teams.
- Answer phones and assist customers.
- Work through scheduling conflicts and make decisions quickly.
- Communicate with teams throughout the day.
- Other office duties as needed.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
