Duties include:
· Working with intermodal carriers, building and strengthen relationships, working through day-to-day conflicts while striving to negotiate a positive outcome.
· Providing timely and regular tracking updates to Sethmar’s customers.
· Entering shipment data into our TMS, ensuring any appointments or ETA’s are approved by our vendors and warehouses to allow efficient loading and unloading.
· Providing excellent customer service – to our external and internal teams.
Qualifications:
· Experience with intermodal / rail shipments preferred but not required.
· College / University degree preferred but not required
· This is a full-time, salaried position. It requires regular hours Monday through Friday.
· Occasional WFH potential once the rep is fully trained – but must be agreed upon with management.
