We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team that is self-motivated and ready to cover all facets of Social Media marketing strategy, campaigns and content. This person will be responsible for the growth and strength of SetSchedule’s social media presence and online reputation management. This role works directly with multiple departments and C-Level executives to improve SetSchedule’s social media engagement and online reputation management (ORM).
Responsibilities
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
- Manage online paid social media accounts ( Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok ), analyze and measure the performance
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, and competitor products
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Camera ready!
- Driven and passionate about social media engagement
- Proven track record of social media engagement
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
