JOB DESCRIPTION
Seven Mile Cafe is searching for a Front of House Manager for our company; this position leads, inspires, and trains a team, creates a positive work environment, serves quality food, exceeds guest expectations, monitors execution of safety and sanitation, and ensures revenue and bottom-line growth.
YOU WILL:
- Oversee restaurant operations to achieve company goals for revenue, cost controls, and restaurant profitability.
- Model hospitality skills with guests, conduct restaurant walk throughs and table visits during each shift.
- Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions.
- Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
- Adhere to SERV Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Communicate and execute the rollout of new company programs, and policies and procedures, as requested.
- Complete financial and personnel related administrative duties.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Develop strong working relationships with the team to ensure each member is treated with respect.
- Delegate duties to team members during shift and follow up to ensure thorough execution.
- Interview and recruit to ensure restaurant is staffed for excellence.
- Train and develop team members.
- Lead shift meetings to provide information and access input from team members.
